Postcard from the Maldives
As mentioned before, the Leadership trip to Maldives is now taking place after being postponed due to one
suddenly very angry volcano, leaving several of the leaders invited to the trip stranded in Europe. Now, here
is a greeting from those who made it then, and who got to travel to this wonderful haven, yes one of the few
paradises left on earth. The trip is well earned for those who got this accolade due to their efforts. Stop to
think for a moment about it when you look at this picture, what is the goal of success apart from the success
itself? Isn’t it enjoying the best parts of life together with those that mean the most to you? Well, the lot who
are now finding peace and tranquillity on the Maldives know what WE speak of, and they send their very best
greetings, and WE greet them to.
Next time some of you out there will be enjoying your well earned place in the sun. That’s worth thinking
about and even more worth doing something about. Here comes the sun…
2. The First Leadership Training Camp in Hong Kong
The first Leadership Training Camp was held in Noah’s Ark Resort Reservation, Hong Kong on 27th and 28th
September. The Training Camp proved to be great success and laid a solid foundation for team building and
networking.
The training included talks on Introduction of Unaico Holding Ltd and Developing Good Mentality as A
Leader. The constitutors also invited Mr. Rune Evensen, CEO of Unaico Holding Ltd. and Mr. Steve Morley,
Compliance Director of Unaico Holding Ltd to hold speeches.
The training not only enhanced the potential of all teams but also improved members’ understanding of the
company. There was also a sharing session in which many members went onto the stage eagerly and shared
their experiences with the audience. The speakers thanked Unaico for providing a good business opportunity
and the leaders trained them with passion. The sharing session was full of warmth and moving scenes, which
moved the staff to tears.
Most participants travelled from Mainland China to Hong Kong, so Mandarin was the official language for this
training. Although the Hong Kong members didn’t speak Mandarin very well, they tried their best to learn. All
members got on well with each other which showed Unaico is a family regardless of nations and regions.
Unaico and SiteTalk are growing dramatically and all members are united.
WE believe SiteTalk has made a giant leap towards the most powerful Social Network Platform.
Keep on moving forward, all leaders!
3. HQ in Singapore is continuously expanding
The newly appointed COO ( Chief Operating Officer) Haarek Andreassen and the CD (Compliance Director)
Steve Morley are now well in place in Singapore adding key roles to the business which are crucial to its future
success. New additions to management will follow soon, as the whole organisation of Unaico and SiteTalk rap-
idly is growing while also becoming more efficient and productive.
Note: To receive the WE - Newsletter in your own preferred language, you have to tick your
