Extract Email Addresses from Gmail Messages
This is the premium version of the Google Script that extracts addresses from message headers and
the message body.
Step 1
Click the link to create a copy of the Google sheet in your Google Drive.

Enter the name of the Gmail label from which you wish to extract email addresses. For instance,
enter inbox to extract mails from only your inbox, enter sent to process mails in the sent folder, or all
if you wish to process your entire mailbox.
Remember that Gmail label names are case sensitive.

From the Gmail Addresses menu, choose Initialize.

Google will now require you to authorize the script. Click OK.

Click Accept as the Request for Permissions dialog. The script basically need to connect to your
Gmail account to extract address and thus requires permission. You data is only available to the
sheet in your own Google Drive and not shared with anyone else.

Go to the Gmail Addresses menu again and click Start to begin the extraction process. You can
close the Google sheet now.

Once the extraction process is complete, you'll get an email with a link to the Google sheet. Click
that link.

Click the Gmail Addresses Menu and choose Remove duplicate to clean up the list. The final list will
now be available in Column B.
