Entering the World of Vector
Augmentation

     Larry Carlisle Woods RN,MetD.
Vector A ugmentation
Provides:
 Increased Energy
 increased
  Productivity
 eliminates lethargy
 slows aging
 increases
  circulation
 Prevents effects of
  Prolonged
  standing or
  walking
Project Goals
 Ultimate goal of project : to intr oduce
the theor ies behind and uses of the
  r evolutionary technique called Vector
  A ugmentation.
 Relationship to other projects: a.)book,
  b.)Cadre, c.)A ko-Ben tr aining
 High-level timing goals: Introduction
will need approximately 3 month lead
time after conclusion of final edit to
  book/”benefits”.
Description

 Using local, state, and national
 organizational offices for target
 populations(barber/beauticians, dentist,
police, nurses, and mail carriers), we will
mail brochures offering free seminars for
their membership at meetings etc.. We will
follow up all mailings with cold calls to the
 president/board/chairman or other
 responsible individual offering free
 demonstration and DVD/video.
Competitive Analysis
 Orthodox Medical Associations at the
State and National level will probably
apply all known tactics to inquire and
investigate both the techniques and the
  technicians. Vector Augmentation is the
treatment for no known disease or
condition and as such does not fall within
the parameters of a therapeutic modality
and should be considered a preventive
measure, not in the purview of “medical
  societies”
Massage-because the primary
understanding of Vector
Augmentation is utilized by manual
manipulation on the superficial
venous vessels, it is often
considered a massage technique and
in the larger sense, it is.
However, the physiology and
functional effect of V. A. are not
considered in any common
school of massage. Furthermore,
the proposed uses of the
technique are primarily to be self
or mate administered, not
requiring a professional
application once the basics are
Government-this will be listed
here not because of direct
competition but due to the
historical difficulty our federal,
state, and local governments have
had with any new educational
initiatives.
This is characteristically the case
even when these divergences from
the traditional have a firm
foundation in all of the known
sciences and is proposed by
persons with long and extensive
occupational and educational
backgrounds in the subjects
covered.
This may be, as some suggest,
because the culture has no long
history of intimate association
with education and that
knowledge has the ultimate aim
of making people more aware
and therefor more difficult to
control.
Religion-saved for the last is
perhaps the most insidious.
Though not a direct competitor,
religion is in competition for the
hearts, minds, and souls of the
people of this nation.
They take this competition very
seriously, constantly scanning the
culture for anything that does not
fit its doctrines. Upon sensing
any possible conflict with its
dictates it attacks in many, many
ways until the perceived threat is
no longer perceived as a threat.

Massage
 Massage is
 growing as an
 entity and is
 developing
 strengths through
 its association with
 the Medical
 Profession.
Governmental
 The power and
 influence of the
 government needs
 not be addressed
 here, especially in
 view of the “Patriot
 Act” ramifications.
 “We can do
 anything,... we’re
 the government”.
Religion
 Only the
 government
 approaches the
 power and
 influence of
 religion. Both on a
 cultural and
 personal level. If
 MVA is perceived
 as a threat it will
 be eliminated as
 such.
Technology
 New technology being used
  – Primarily the understanding of
    microcirculatory functional mechanisms
 Standards being adopted
  – Training of cadre and contraindications
    for the technique
  – Hand cleaning techniques (waterless
    washing)
 Standards specifically being ignored
  – Certification of cadre
Team/Resources
 Resources will primarily be
 information and training
  – people-initial staff of 5 will be expanded
    to 25 over 6 months & 42 in 1-11/2 yr..
  – Equipment-Notebook computers,CDs
    and video
  – locations-Cleveland Ohio is the main
office, branches to be established as
    necessary
  – sales-eventual marketing/sales staff of
Procedures
 All V.A. procedures will be taken
  from the seminar prospectus. All
billings and collections will be done
  through General Accounting.
 The benefits of V.A. may far out
weigh the risks but these risk still
  need consideration. Medico/legal
liability is a prominent feature of all
risk consideration as is the unlikely
  event of physical injury during
       .

  instruction-Corporate Legal shall
  oversee all such eventualities.
Schedule
 Book”Benefits of Slavery” shall be in
  final editing by 2/12/05
 Listing of initial mailings will be
  prepared by 1/15/05
 Brochure, CD, and Video will be done
by 12/25/04 and copies available by
  1/7/05
 Initial staffing will be completed by
              ...

Current Status
 High-level
           overview of progress
 against schedule
  – On-track in what areas
  – Behind in what areas
  – Ahead in what areas
 Unexpected delays or issues
