KRAKOW FESTIVAL OFFICE
The largest festivals in Krakow, spectacular shows for hundred thousand-
strong audiences, music, theatre, film, fine arts and literature events
acclaimed in Poland and in Europe - this is what the Krakow Festival Office
now deals with, as one of the most active Polish public life institutions.
Established to introduce Krakow as the European Capital of Culture in the
year 2000 to the world, it continues its work, introducing new trends in
cultural events and programmes management. It is the Krakow Festival
Office that launched the Sacrum Profanum and Misteria Paschalia Festivals,
showered with awards, as well as the Film Music Festival or the ArtBoom
Visual Arts Festival. The Office also coordinates the most hyped urban
cultural strategy of recent years in Poland - the 6 Senses programme.
Thanks to acclaimed nationwide promotional actions and broad-based
information and publication activity, the Office has established itself as a
vital element of Krakow’s promotional strategy both in Poland and abroad.

The Sacrum Profanum is one of the largest presentations of 20th century

The Film Music Festival is a unique project, wholly dedicated to music
