4TH GRADE TOUR PRESENTATION
By: Sam, Kayla, Ashley, and Taylor.
RIVERVIEW THE KINDNESS SCHOOL
 Riverview Middle School
students, parents, staff and
many more people have worked
very hard on making Riverview
known as the kindness school. In
past years we have read
books, formed assemblies and
even taken survey's on bullying
to try and resolve it. Riverview
"is" the kindness school and is a
very safe place to be.
BULLYING
 Riverview has taken a lot of pre-cautions on trying
to get rid of bullying that might still be lurking in the
halls. If you have seen, heard, or even been the
victim of bullying, report it. It is not "tat-tal-tailing" if
you report someone, it is helping other students be
safe and yourself as well.
THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE
 Many of you might know our principle Mrs. Scudella
but do you know Mrs. Miller? Mrs. Miller is our vice
principle she keeps an eye on the school when Mrs.
Scudella is busy or in a meeting.
VIDEO
 This video shows a virtual tour of the school and
some interviews with students hope you enjoy!
 Interview Video
5TH GRADE TEACHERS
 There are 6 fifth grade teachers and every 5th grade
classroom is located on the third floor. Fifth grade
also shares the 3rd floor with the 6th grade, but are
in no way connected. Have a fun walking up three
flights of stairs every morning!
SECRETARY’S
 At Riverview we have two main secretary’s, Mrs.
Hoopman and Mrs. Abler. If you have any forms or
registration you give it to them. They have
hundreds of students to look after so be patient if
you don’t get to them right away.
WHERE YOU ENTER
 Every school day; if you take a bus or a car, you will
enter the building through the Gym Foyer or Lobby.
The day starts at 7:30 but the first bell rings at 7:15;
the day ends at 2:35.
MAIN PLACES
 The main places in your school meaning Library,
Cafeteria, Auditorium, Art Class, and the Guidance
Office are all located on the second floor. Most of
your time will be spend on the 3rd floor, but these
are a lot of the rooms you will be visiting.
FINE ART CLASSES
 Riverview provides 5 different Fine Art Classes;
Gym, Health, Tech Ed, Spanish, and Art. You only
have Gym for 5th grade but once you get into 6th
grade you will have all five.
PEP RALLY’S
 Every year Riverview has two or three Pep Rally’s.
It depends on what’s happening in and around the
school; Packers going to the Super Bowl, raise
money for cancer families, etc….
DANCES
 Dances are a fun little out of school events that
happen every other month or so. You can’t go to
dances till 6th, 7th, or 8th grade but it’s good to know
that we do have them.
MUD FEST
 Mud Fest is an annual event that takes place at the
end of May, right before school gets out. It’s a
school wide event and you get split up into grade
groups. There are different events each year,
mazes, obstacle courses, etc… It’s not required to
participate but it is encouraged.
LOCK IN’S
 Many of you have already been to the 4th grade
Lock In Riverview has held for you; there is
basketball, food, dogdeball, etc… And I am sure
