ne of my friends has attended interview , the questions raised by him  are........1. what is your present designation in your company ? <br />It might be team member or team lead position( if it is morethan 5yrs of exp)<br />Designation- application consultant, senior consultant or consultant<br />2. To whom you are reporting?<br />you will be reporting to your Team lead , he will be reporting to your manager<br />3. what type of projects you have worked?<br />Application maintenance ( production support), Development ( enhancements)<br />Implimenation, Rollout( Rolling of existing application to different countries like <br />implimentation ) upgrage project ( upgrading the system from version (5.0) to another version<br />(6.0)<br />4. what do you mean by tickets?<br />In production support project , we get issues in the form of Tickets . User ( from client , who is using the application) will call or mail to his help desk with problem and help desk people raise ticket in ticket tracking tool. <br />Ticket tracking tool  is a third party tool which captures all issues of users<br />we fix seveirty 1 , seveirty 2, severity 3 servirty 4 for them.<br />based on severity , we have to solve the issues<br />5. Do you have form -16 ?<br />it will be given by employer to the employee.It is very difficult to get.<br />tell that employed did not give any form16<br />6 . what are your present responsibilities in job ?<br />solving tickets if it is support project<br />woking on enhancements if it is development project<br />7. what is  your HR number & T L number ?<br />you can give your constancy hr details, TL means your project Team lead<br />8. what is your client number in the project ?<br />is it phone number or something else<br />   .............. this all are questions.  One of my friend told me try to search as early as possible by end of this September.  Openings will be closed . every year the same situation the companies follows  ? or not ? give me reply please<br />
