We now know the distance that she needs to travel all we have to do is to find the bearing or her direction…. Find the bearing

40° - 32.034° = 7.966 ° 270° - 7.966° = 262.034° -> Kaycee needs to travel 144.56km bearing of 262.034° in able to go home.
