1) The EC has developed an open-source e-procurement platform called Open e-PRIOR to help public administrations digitize procurement.
2) Open e-PRIOR enables end-to-end digital procurement processes from requests for quotes to ordering to invoicing. It is interoperable with PEPPOL and has been adopted by several countries.
3) The EC provides assistance to member states and agencies to implement Open e-PRIOR for free. Documentation and support is available online.
