1. Cannot Open Event List Query after Upgrading to

Symptom
After upgrading GV-System/GV-NVR to version 8.3.1, you may find that you can no longer
open the Event List Query of WebCam Server. The Web page of Event List Query is stuck in
the installation screen of Single Player.
Cause
This can happen if you have installed Single Player or accessed the Event List Query of
WebCam Server in version 8.3. The incompatibility issue between Single Player V8.3 and
Single Player V8.3.1 causes the problem here.
Resolution
Go to Local Disk (C), open Program Files, open the folder GeoOCX, and delete the folder
SinglePlayerOCX. The problem should not occur again.
