TSD Registration Certificate issued bythe Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) of
the DENR. Ifhandling radioactive wastes, the registered enterprise mustsubmit a copy of
the License to Operate a Radioactive WasteManagement Facility from the Philippine
Nuclear ResearchInstitute (PNRI) of the Department of Science and Technology
(DOST) in addition to the TSD Registration Certificate.

6. Clean Water Projects Application for registration must be accompanied by an endorsementfrom the DENR, the
Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA) orother concerned agency.
