2. BMW shark
This advert from BMW shows the Z3 in the shape
of a shark, this shows that BMW are tying to make
their product look like it is quick, sharp, deadly,
stream line, and as unique as a car can be.
The message of the advert is that BMW cars are
not like other cars.
The target audience of this advert is people aged
from 25 to 50, this is because this car is for young
and old people that are looking nor a bit of fun in
their lives .
I think it does reach the target audience because
whenever I see these cars in the road it is
generally the target audience driving the cars.
I think that this is an example of surreal
advertisement because cars aren't associated with
sharks .
I think the advert is effective because a little bit of
the car is shown, this makes you want to see the
rest of the car so you automatically search it up .
3. The product is a new 4 by 4 Volvo.
They are advertising a new Volvo that is suitable for
families .
They are telling us that this car can go out of its comfort
zone with the use of a rubber duck to show that it can be
out of place but still fit in somehow.
The message is that this car can go out of its depth but
still be a stable family car.
The advert is meant for couples with young children but
want to have a car that does everything.
I think it does reach the target audience because it is
the sort of car that people with a young family would
drive.
Surreal because the use of a rubber duck in an
environment like a river because they are would in the
bathrooms of family's with young children.
I think the advert is quite clever because you
automatically think about family's when you see a
rubber duck so there for I think it works and is effective.
