NUST. And we are introducing the business of manufacturing COAL ASH BRICKS in
Pakistan. Our aim is to reduce the Construction costs to a value where everyone can
afford to make a home for himself. By introducing the coal ash bricks in Pakistan we can
reduce the construction costs up to 37% of current value. Other than being low-cost these
bricks are high in strength and thermal insulation. These bricks use coal ash (an industrial
waste) as raw material hence prevents soil depletion. World knows this brick as ecofriendly
Brick. With the customer Form common man to the Head of state And with the Market Affecting Each Individual, The Business of coal Ash Brick is highly Promising In Pakistan.

One plant of coal ash bricks of our proposed capacity will: save 7000tons of top soil, about 600 tons of CO2 emission, and 2000 tons of ground and air pollution.

After completing the planning phase our first step will be conducting seminars for local contractors, convincing them to use energy efficient bricks.
Then we will be opening our first coal ash brick manufacturing unit in Sheikhupura which is an industrial area and the raw material is easily available. We are going to sale 9 million bricks in the first year. Each brick costs us 3.5Rs while we will be selling it directly to the consumer at the rate of 4Rs per brick. This will give a net profit of 4.5million Rs. Next year we will be opening two new brick manufacturing units in Faisalabad and Sialkot. This will increase the production to 27million bricks. Excluding all expenses the net profit will be 13.5Lac.
Beyond these years we intend to expand our business in all over the country and through a chain of partners overcoming the brick market of Pakistan.
