1. Short Story<br />Vincent <br />Grade 10<br /> Magic Necklace<br />One day, in Cavour School there is a guy and he’s name is Kelly Clark everyone usually call him Kelly. This person is not easy-going person and always think that he doesn’t need a friend because he thinks that he can do what ever he wants besides of finding a friend to play with or to chat with, that means he is not a friendly person not like others. He never wants to eat with his friends, doesn’t want to make a friends with the other even though there are many students of Cavour School wants to know more about him and usually he always reject it and tried to stay away from the others. But one day his grand mother talk to him about the school activity, his Grand mother was very kind enough because she advice Kelly to make a friend with the other, but Kelly always reject it. After that his grand mother give another advice that what are the important of having friends and she gave him a necklace that will help him then she tell something about Mystical necklace, even though it looks creepy but it will help you someday and from this necklace I want you to have a friend.<br />After his grand mother gave him the lucky necklace, Kelly thinks that this creepy necklace is useless. 2 weeks later her grand mother passed away, Kelly was very sad because his grand mother was his closest family from his part of family (his mother and father work everyday and always go home at 9.00 PM ). After that he doesn’t want to make a friend with the others again. After he went home he saw his creepy necklace and he thinks that he needs to wear it. After that he feel dizzy and feel sleepy too, then he slept. After he woke up, he feels normal and prepare to go to school but suddenly his teacher gave an assignment about making a project that is require a partner to do. As he expected nobody wants to work with him, because of his selfishness that he has and his attitude is just usually he does not need friend to work with. After that he try to work by individuals and it is useless because it has to be done by 2 people and if only 1 person that can not be helped and also that will also did not work properly. He spend almost 1 – 2 weeks to do that big project but is useless and the dead line is about 1 weeks later. He begin to not feeling confident again and after that he admit it that he needs a friend. Suddenly this mystical necklace is shining like a sun then, it tells Kelly what to do and also asked something to kelly, which is “Kelly, do you need a friend” the Kelly answered “I admit it, Friends are useful so right now what I need is a friend that can help me to do this project. Mystical Necklace said “ ok, if what you need right now is a friend, so right now you need to go to school even though its already evening, and go straight to the school backyard, then you will see 1 of your friend are in trouble which is getting bullied, so what you have to do is help him and finally you will a friend after all “ Kelly said “ Ok, thank you Magic Necklace for this”. Then he ran as fast as he can to the school backyard and he found 1 of his class mate is getting bullied and his name is Peter. After helping him out, Peter and Kelly started to make friends and after that Peter and Kelly make the big project and they finished on time. Kelly said “ Thank you grand Mother, because of this Necklace , I have learn about friend and right now I have a friend, oh yes actually friends are fun because they can help me or play with me , once again thank you grand Mother “.<br />
