Dear Sir or Ma’am:
I had the great pleasure of working with KU alum Kendall Emmerson Ross at Kutztown University Radio,
the University's campus radio station, for approximately eight years.
Mr. Emmerson Ross brought to KUR’s attention his artistry and knowledge, thus forging a relationship of
education and information with the external world.
Mr. Emmerson Ross’ dedication to his alma mater’s radio station has meant the station has carved a solid
niche in its realm on the radio dial. His self-starting personality, exemplary communication skills, razor-
sharp focus, ability to focus on extended tasks, and good example of how the business is to be done, is
something we as a radio station are most proud of and forever will remember him for.
The only hesitation I have in writing this letter of recommendation is that Kutztown University has lost
him and his work. However our loss will be your gain. I recommend Mr. Kendall Emmerson Ross with
highest regards and assume you will have no hesitation in welcoming him to your educational family.
