3. 1. When I get to Baw Baw, I will practice doing
bunny hops while I wait for snowboard lesson
to start.
2. When the lesson starts I will get wyers/Mr Man to
teach me how to do a bunny hop.
3. I have been practising doing bunny hops for a
while now iv decided to practise my heel/toe side
turns.
4. Practice bunny hops while moving down the hill
and try jump over some sticks
5. Once I feel confident about my bunny hops I will
try do a 50/50 on a rail.
4. 1. Look for a box or rail where you can ride straight on to the
feature without needed to Ollie very much
2. Ride down to the rail with cautious speed
3. Ollie up early, if necessary.
4. Straighten your legs to land the snowboard on the rail. Land
your snowboard flat on top of the rail. Don't lean on your
edges as if it were a hill.
5. Land the board lightly and don't push your weight down on
the board yet.
6. Bend your legs so your weight is pushing down on to your
snowboard. Your weight should be fairly evenly distributed
between your feet.
7. Jump lightly off of the rail or other object with straightened
legs then bend your knees as you land to absorb the impact
