Course Instructors : Dr.Eugene Kim
Dr. Eugene Kim received DDS degree and Certificate in Advanced
Prosthodontics from University of California at Los Angeles, School of
Dentistry where he held a part time teaching position from 2001 to 2006.
He is a founder and director of the Pacific Implant Academy. He started
practicing implant dentistry since 1999, and he has placed over 6,000
implants with high long-term success rate. Dr. Kim dedicates his career in
providing educations for fellow dentists in the field of both surgical and
prosthetic implant dentistry. He is in private practice limited to implant
dentistry and prosthodontics in Buena Park, California.

Registration deposit and course tuition payment
$1,000 deposit is required at the time of registration to secure a spot in the
course.
A full payment must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the course start date.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation request made 4 weeks prior to the course start date will receive a
full refund.
Cancellation request made 2 weeks prior to the course start date will receive half
of total course fee.
Cancellation request made less than 2 weeks prior to the course start date will
not receive any refund.
Cancellation will be received via phone, email or fax, and it has to be received by
the stated deadline.
Course cancellation by organizers
The Pacific Implant Academy, LLC (PIA) reserves the right to cancel the course
due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-
viable.
If PIA cancels a course, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a course,
registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer
registration to the same course at the new, future date.
