Introducing our winter home in Green Valley Arizona

1. Winter Rental Option
Sally Svenningson and Ken Balmer
are Canadians who live in Bancroft, Ontario
with a winter home in Green Valley, Arizona.
Health challenges will again keep us in Canada
this year and we are looking
for a seasonal tenant.

2. Our Arizona Home
Our Green Valley home is approximately
2000 square feet, nestled in a nature
oriented community (HOA) of 80 homes.

3. Outdoor Living
The back patio is totally private, really an
outdoor living room. A spiral staircase
leads to a roof deck with panoramic
mountain views. The front patio is perfect
for supervising sunsets.

4. Casual Comfort
The house has three living areas, one doubling
as a winterized Arizona Room connected by
archway from the master bedroom. Two
washrooms, one is ensuite. Only one bedroom is
accessible to the tenant as the second will be
used to store our clothing to make closet
and drawer
space for you.

12. Dog Friendly
The shaded north side of the house is a full length dog run, connecting
gate to walled back patio. The bean bag lounge in the Living Room
doubles as dog bed.

13. Green Valley
Green Valley is a 55+ community (one
person must be that age or over) of just
over 20,000, located about 20 minutes
south of Tucson. It is a lifestyle
community – temporary membership in
the Green Valley Recreation Association
can be arranged.

There are three outdoor pools within
walking distance of our home (all free).
One of the centres also offers six tennis
courts, a superb wood shop, billiards,
lapidary. Pickleball at several locations.
Several affordable golf courses. Camera,
art, computer clubs – and many others.

15. About Us
We are a retired couple (65 and 74 years of age). Basha (in the white) is an
Akbash – well trained, floor only, prefers outdoors.
Sally has been an international banker and teacher (primary and university
levels). She is an artist, photographer and committed Dharma practitioner.
Ken is an artist and author – with a background as university professor,
municipal manager, YMCA Director and consultant.
