• 1 kg moliūgas
(nuluptas, pašalintos
sėklos)
• 2 - 4 bulvės
• 2 morkos
• 1 svogūnas
• 700 ml - 1 l vištienos
sultinio
• Druskos, pipirų, krapų
(pagal skonį)
• Grietinės
• 1 kg pumpkin (peeled
and deseeded)
• 2 - 4 potatoes (peeled)
• 2 carrots (peeled)
• 1 onion
• 700 ml- 1 l chiken stock
• 2 tablespoons of olive
oil
• Some salt, pepper and
dill
• Some sour cream
• 1. Moliūgas, morkos ir bulvės
supjaustomi kubeliais.
• 2. Svogūnas supjaustomas ir
pakepinamas kol pageltonuos.
• 3. Užvirinamas sultinys.
• 4. Sudedamos supjaustytos
daržovės ir pakepintas
svogūnas.Verdama apie 30 min
- 40 min.
• 5. Nukeliama nuo ugnies ir
sutrinama naudojant trintuvą.
• 6. Pagardinama druska,
pipirais, krapais ir užvirinama 2
- 3 min.
• 7. Pateikiama su grietine.
• 1. Chop the pumpkin, potatoes
and carrots into the pieces.
• 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil,
add the chopped onion and cook
until it golden.
• 3. Bring to the boil the chiken
stock.
• 4. Add all the vegetables, bring to
the boil again and simmer for 30 -
40 min.
• 5. Remove from the heat and
using a stick blender blend until
smooth.
• 6. Add some salt, pepper and dill.
Bring to the boil again for 3 - 4
min.
• 7. Serve with sour cream.
