As a building audit company, we will be inspecting private individuals and company’s construction
projects. We are offering services that start with drawing stage, handling government paperwork and
legislation, getting necessary building permits, starting the construction and will be concluded by
finishing the construction projects.
I outlined the general workflow of our business in the previous paragraph. First stage of the process is
reviewing the drawings by architects, electrical engineers and mechanical engineers to determine if the
project is acceptable for construction. In case of running into issues with the project, building audit
company contacts the government. We help collecting the necessary permits and documents from the
government officials. Once all is taken care of, construction starts. After construction starts, building
audit company inspects all stages of construction and assures that construction is finished according to
the initial project. Building audit companies are responsible with inspecting the same building for 15
years.
Building Audit Companies do not have different types in the industry; this helps them keep their business
where there is a construction. These companies can inspect all the buildings within the range of 200 km
radius.

As long as construction exists, audit companies will exist.
Pricing is based on the square footage of the buildings. Pricing is controlled by the Secretary of
Environment and City, and cannot be changed without their permission. For this reason, Building Audit
Companies should build a “TRUST” relationship.
