Seven Sessions
Group Triggers implements processes over seven single-day sessions, divided into two sections: training principles and implementing
processes. Each session sequentially builds upon the previous session. Group Trigger is available as a resource between sessions to further
guide your organization as implementation questions arise. Sessions are generally spaced four weeks apart to allow time for the transformations
to take place.

enterprise customers. I have authentic business experience backed by a proper MBA
