The document summarizes Lubbock High School's Star Chart data from 2006-2007, 2007-2008, and 2008-2009 school years. It analyzes trends in four key areas: Teaching and Learning, Educator Preparation and Development, Leadership/Administration/Instructional Support, and Infrastructure for Technology. Across all areas, scores decreased or remained consistently low, indicating that while educators are willing to use new technology, the school has not adequately updated resources or infrastructure to support modern technological needs and trends. The greatest weakness identified in all three years was Technical Support. [END SUMMARY]

9. Conclusion
All three reports indicated that Technical
Support was our greatest weakness. I have
had a quality experience this year in dealing
with Technical Support, I think it is very
unfortunate that our campus has such low
marks, but I think it is a direct result of our
lack of technology. We still have classrooms
with chalk boards and nothing else. Those
teachers seem to be comfortable with their
surroundings, but I have to wonder if this is
what is best for our students.
