OPERATION EXECUTIVE:
• Daily responsibilities include cash management functions,
projecting cash levels to portfolio managers and also
maintaining MIS (allocations, fund counts) , providing asset
and cash reconciliation report to the FA team.
• Performing Out of Bank Reconciliations (OOB) for different
clients involving daily and weekly deadlines. (Manual task on
Excel)
• Played a vital role in automation of the OOB’s which involved
identification of logics, preparation of BRD (Bank Reconciliation
Document), assist the developer by making him understand the
requirements of the output and doing multiple testing on the
output before presenting it to the senior management which
resulted in reduction of the manual work and the time taken to
perform the task.
• Performing Tax reclaims for different clients involving monthly
deadlines ,understand the process within month and crossed
trained whole teams , helping out to making SOP procedure
• Been a consistent performer and was always given the task of
handing the Platinum Clients of the bank (e.g.: Franklin
Templeton, First Trust, Van Eck).
