DEED OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That for and is consideration of the sum of Fourty Thousand (P40,000) Pesos which
I have acknowledge to have received in full from:
Jayson Baccay, of legal age, married and resident of barangay Minanga Sur, Iguig,
Cagayan.
1. Braulio Pamittan, of legal age, married and resident of barangay Minanga Sur,
Iguig, Cagayan, do hereby mortgage a parcel of land located at barangay Minanga Sur, Iguig,
Cagayan containing an area of four hundred square meters.
Terms & Conditions
1. That the mortgage shall cultivate the sad parcel of land within a period of two (2)
cropping, However, if the mortgagor fail to redeem the said amaount the mortgage shall
continue to cultivate the land untill the mortgagor had redeemed the afore sad amount.
In witness were of, we have here unto set our hand this 23rd day of September 201 at
barangay Minanga Sur, Iguig, Cagayan.
