RESOLUTION NO.015 s. 2012
WHEREAS, The Department of Education, Division of Taguig City & Pateros advertised the
Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of Lot C for the REPRODUCTION OF GRADE 1 & 7
LEARNER'S MODULE AND TEACHER'S GUIDE in this Division in the Department of Education website,
the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (Phil-GEPS) and conspicuous places
continuously for seven (7) days;
WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisement, lone canvass was submitted for eligibility and
was found eligible on July 9, 2012.
WHEREAS, during the post-qualification, the lowest bidder, BROWN MADONNA PRESS, INC.,
passed in all the requirements and its bid for the REPRODUCTION OF GRADE 1 & 7 LEARNER'S
MODULE AND TEACHER'S GUIDE is Two Million Four Hundred Thousand One Hundred Twenty
Pesos and Thirty Nine Centavos (Php2,400,120.39).
NOW, THEREFORE, We, the Members of the Bids and Awards Committee, hereby RESOLVE as
it is hereby RESOLVED:
a) To declare: BROWN MADONNA PRESS, INC. as the bidder with the Lowest Calculated
Responsive Bid in the amount of Two Million Four Hundred Thousand One Hundred
Twenty Pesos and Thirty Nine Centavos (Php2,400,120.39) for the Procurement of Lot
C for REPRODUCTION OF GRADE 1 & 7 LEARNER'S MODULE AND TEACHER'S
GUIDE.
b) To recommend for approval by the Schools Division Superintendent, DepED-Division of
Taguig City & Pateros the foregoing findings.
RESOLVED at the Division Office of DepED-Taguig City & Pateros, this 16th day of July 2012.
