2. ABSTRACT
 Distillation is the process where Water
undergoes phase changes (changing from
liquid to vapor and back to liquid). It is the
change from liquid to vapor that separates
water from the dissolved impurities.

Solar distillation is the use of solar energy to
evaporate water and collect its condensate
within the same closed system.
