Tells us that the:
: Every time a report
is generated, a complaint is resolved, that you have also found
the results of inefficient processes, missed deadlines and high
costs are just some of the problems that processes can generate.
That is why it is so important to improve processes when they
are not working well.
Formal processes, also
known as procedures, are documented and have well-
established steps. Formal processes are particularly
important when there are financial, legal, or security-
related reasons to follow particular steps. For
example, you may have your own set of steps to write
down meeting actions, conduct market research or
communicate new leads.
These different types of processes have one
thing in common, as they are all designed to
simplify the way you and your team work.
When everyone follows a well-tested set of
steps, there are fewer errors and delays, less
duplicate effort where staff and customers
are happier.
When you encounter some of the problems mentioned above,
it may be time to review and update the relevant process.
Follow these steps to do this:

ideas and to work as a group, thus discarding ideas that
are not so propitious and that do not matter when it comes
to being executed, remembering that in this process we
still do not put them on the tables or in the brainstorming
the monetary issue, it is important that they are ideas that
generate long and short-term solutions.

CONCLUSION AND ANSWER TO THE QUESTION
• ¿What is the most difficult step to improve business processes?
One of the most difficult steps is to implement and communicate the change in the
process, since it is very delicate and necessary for all staff to be willing and prepared to
start the process to be implemented to the letter and, furthermore, to be clear about it,
these processes must be monitored. very carefully so that they are applied correctly.
For many years, organizations have managed their businesses with limited objectives,
which has prevented them from looking beyond immediate needs, that is, they only create
a short-term plan; leading them to not reach the optimal level of quality and thus
achieving low profits in their business, the secret of the most successful companies in the
world lies in having high quality standards for both products and their employees;
Therefore, Total Quality Control is a philosophy that must be applied at all levels of an
organization's hierarchy, which implies an endless process of continuous improvement.
Communication in change processes is a very important part of internal communication,
including determining the best way to transmit all the messages exchanged by other
collective or individual actors belonging to the same organization in a changing
environment, with great uncertainty and the proliferation of informal channels. It is
difficult to communicate an event in transit, such as the result of a merger, acquisition or
restructuring. Communication in change processes refers to how the information
associated with the process is communicated.
The importance of implementing and communicating the change of the process, can help
improve the weaknesses and strengths of the organization, through continuous
improvement, it can be more productive and competitive in the market to which the
organization belongs, on the other hand, the organization must analyze the processes it
uses, so that if there is a problem, it can be improved or repaired; By applying this
technique, organizations can grow in the market and even become leaders.
ADVANTAGE:
• Efforts are concentrated in specific organizational areas and procedures.
• Achieve short-term improvements and visible results
• If defects are reduced, costs are reduced, due to the lower consumption of raw material.
• Increase productivity and guide the organization towards competition, which is
extremely important for today's organizations.
• Contribute to the adaptation of processes to technological advances.
• Allows you to eliminate repetitive processes.
DISADVANTAGES:
• When the improvement is focused on a specific area of the organization, the vision of
the interdependence that exists between all the members of the company is lost.
• It requires changes throughout the organization, because to be successful requires the
participation of all members of the organization and at all levels.
• Since the managers of small and medium-sized companies are very cautious,
Continuous Improvement will become a very long process.
• Significant investment is required.
