2. Thomas Paine An author, pamphleteer, radical, inventor, intellectual, revolutionary, and one of the Founding Fathers of the United States. He made a great principle contribution in a widely-read pamphlet “Common Sense.” He’s notorious because of the “Age of Reason.” He was referred as "a corset maker by trade, a journalist by profession, and a propagandist by inclination.” His work caused Paine to be labeled an outlaw in England for his anti-monarchist views.
