2. Teaches us how to be Active and
Develop Skills and muscles through
games, sports, gymnastics and
dancing!
This helps us develop our loco-motor, motor and game playing skills!
3. We learn about how our body grows and
develops as we get older. We learn what
parts of our body is used for what and how
everything works together as a whole.
The more we know about our body the better, we only get one!
4. We learn how to take care
of our mind and body to
be healthy and happy!
Our body is like a snails shell, if we can keep it clean and happy
then the snail will also be happy. This means feeding it the right
food and thoughts and learning with how to deal with anything
negative.
5. We learn how to be good
friends and develop
communication and
cooperation skills.
By having good support
networks we have people we
can talk to if we need to.
Group work is also fun and very
useful, the more brains the
more ideas!
