2. What you’ll need:
• A whole wheat tortilla
• A couple Tbsp of peanut butter
• ½ banana
• A Tbsp of semi-sweet chocolate chips
3. How to put it all together:
Spread the peanut butter over the surface
of the tortilla.
Add thin slices of banana on half of the
tortilla shell
top of the peanut butter.
Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the
banana slices and then fold the tortilla in
half.
Cook the quesadilla in a non-stick pan over
medium-low heat until it is lightly brown
and crispy on both sides.
