This document contains a lesson plan for mathematics lesson 3.3. It includes the following: 1) A list of assignments that are due on Wednesday 11/7 and Thursday 11/8, as well as noting that the Chapter 3 test is on Thursday 11/15. 2) Warm-up exercises solving equations and graphing solutions on a number line. 3) An introduction to the concepts of rate of change and slope, including definitions and formulas. 4) Examples of finding the slopes of lines passing through pairs of points using the slope formula. 5) Examples finding the y-coordinate of a point to produce a line with a given slope through two given points.
