This document discusses breaking down organizational silos in the cloud. It notes that organizational, application, and infrastructure silos exist within companies and create problems like increased costs and complexity. Moving to the cloud does not solve this issue on its own, as applications and policies may still be siloed. True business agility requires optimizing existing systems while also disrupting them to allow for innovation, managed with resilience to risk. Automation is key to enabling disruption across organizations through practices like DevOps.
