      I remember the first time I read the signature line of your email and the reference to "Knock
      your socks off service“ and I thought, "That's quite a catchy marketing approach." The thought
      crossed my mind at the time that measuring this commitment might be a challenge…short of
      checking the status of my socks.

      However, after only a few interactions with you, I'm convinced that this was no catch phrase,
      buzz word, or lofty thought, but rather an honest to goodness commitment to deliver quality
      results and appropriately pamper your customers.

      In a given day, I cannot remember one vendor, agency, or partner that truly sought to excel or
      delivered service far exceeding my expectations - no hotel, no car service, no vendor, and no
      airline. Sadly, most have set a mediocre bar, but not NuCompass.
