Documents to (Injecting Entity)
1. Connectivity Agreement the Enclosure of Format ST-11 duly signed and
properly dispatched by concerned Transmission/Distribution Licensee.
2. Certified copy of Single Line Diagram issued by concerned
Transmission/Distribution Licensee which clearly mentions the position of
interface ABT Meter details i.e., ABT Meter Number,CTR, PTR and overall MF
3. The certified copy of Interface ABT Meter sealing Certificates/Documents
issued by Transmission and / or Distribution Licensee, as applicable.
4. The Loading Pattern of last one year on monthly basis i.e., Maximum,
Minimum and Average values of MW & MVAR of Lines and Transformers of
connected Transmission/Distribution Substation issued by concerned
Transmission/Distribution Licensee.
5. Last DSM bill issued by UPSLDC in case of Intra-state entity whose ABT
Scheduling and DSM billing is being carried out by UPSLDC. In such cases,
document of Sl. No. 3 and 4 need not be ed unless there is a change in the
ABT metering status / configuration.
Documents to (Drawee Entity)
1. Connectivity agreement in case of STU connected consumers. However, if
consumer is connected with Distribution network, the latest bill issued by
Discom may be ed.
2. Certificate for validation of Discom Consumer details along with
concurrence/ NOC for distribution system, in case of Discom consumer is
beneficiary/drawee entity. Please refer UPSLDC website for Format.
3. The Enclosure of Format ST-11 duly signed and properly dispatched by
concerned Transmission Licensee (Transmission Substation end)
4. The Enclosure of Format ST-11 duly signed and properly dispatched by
concerned Distribution Licensee (Distribution
Substation/DiscoConsumer/Beneficiary end)

Incentives:-
For grid connectivity of Solar projects of capacity 5 MW and above proposed to be
set up in Bundelkhand and Purvanchal region, State Government will bear the cost
for construction of maximum transmission line length as follows:-
 For 05 to 10 Megawatt capacity-10 Kilometer
 For >10 megawatt to 50 megawatt capacity -15 Kilometer
 For >50 megawatt capacity - 20 Kilometer.
