30. Open Into Tabbed Record The newly created record will open into a record with tabs
31. The Attachments Tab This is where you can attach any supporting documentation for the oppty, competitor quotes, CDW quotes, notes from conf calls, etc.
44. The Activities Tab Click “New” when you want to create an activity. Activities can include conference calls, budget calls, credit approvals/issues, notes about the customer requesting financing
46. Outbound Call Selection You can assign duties to persons associated with the opportunity, I’ve selected Kevin, to perform the conference call
47. Add Notes, Priority You can input what you will be talking about on the call and assign priority of the call, to better stage scheduling with the AMs
48. Input Notes You can add more notes as the oppty progresses and more information is shared. Be sure to save this when done.
