21. Pick the “Flow Code” It will be purchase of install/hardware

22. PICK THE HARDWARE PLATFORM

24. Save Again to Populate GPP

25. Populate the OTHER Rev line

27. Query the oppty in GPP

30. Open Into Tabbed Record The newly created record will open into a record with tabs

31. The Attachments Tab This is where you can attach any supporting documentation for the oppty, competitor quotes, CDW quotes, notes from conf calls, etc.

35. Select “Release” This allows the IBM team to see the documentation submitted

39. Contact Input Screen Input enduser decision makers, CDW reps, etc, then click “save”

40. The Notes Section You can select where the notes were sourced from

41. Create notes for oppty

42. Save and View Record This is your confirmation that the attachment is created

44. The Activities Tab Click “New” when you want to create an activity. Activities can include conference calls, budget calls, credit approvals/issues, notes about the customer requesting financing

45. The Scheduler You can schedule a date and time to have the call.

46. Outbound Call Selection You can assign duties to persons associated with the opportunity, I’ve selected Kevin, to perform the conference call

47. Add Notes, Priority You can input what you will be talking about on the call and assign priority of the call, to better stage scheduling with the AMs

48. Input Notes You can add more notes as the oppty progresses and more information is shared. Be sure to save this when done.
