Everybody knows the work load this move is putting on all of us.

I just wanted to tell you what a nice job you are all doing, not only holding our existing businesses together, but stepping up
and taking on the additional work load for the new facility.

I firmly believe this will be a great place to work and a Best in Class operation across the board when we are done. It is an
exciting opportunity to wipe a slate clean and start over with just about anything we want to put a first class operation in
place and you are all doing a Great Job pulling this together.

I was very impressed with our latest updates yesterday and the work load that is getting done behind the scene on subjects
like traceability, FPS, metrics, etc. Please stay focused on driving this down to every level of our operation and keeping
them involved and actively participating in launching their own areas.

We still have a lot ahead of us but you are all doing a wonderful job and it is recognized by our leadership and it is great
appreciated!

Thank You

Guys,
Just to keep you up to date, I have confirmed that a FCN Camera crew will be here for Friday's Car Show.
Possibilities of Bill Ford Jr. showing up have also been relayed from reliable sources. The QS9000 Audit remains to be an
important factor for the very same week. Major improvements have been made around the building from a housekeeping aspect
and maintenance outside and in. I remain committed to provide a clean, bright and enjoyable environment for all here at EMDO.
This is our chance to shine and get some of the publicity that we have not only deserved over the years, but have needed. I
remain confident that not only will we nail this audit, but offer a great motivational aspect to our troops here with the cars show
on some TV time. Bill will only be a greater boost for them. Lets ride this wave guys! Surf's up! Let me know if I have missed any
thing!!

Cc: Dadas, Mike (M.N.) Subject: BDTC Everybody knows the work load this move is putting on all of us. I just wanted to tell you what a nice job you are all doing, not only holding our existing businesses together, but stepping up and taking on the additional work load for the new facility. I firmly believe this will be a great place to work and a Best in Class operation across the board when we are done. It is an exciting opportunity to wipe a slate clean and start over with just about anything we want to put a first class operation in place and you are all doing a Great Job pulling this together. I was very impressed with our latest updates yesterday and the work load that is getting done behind the scene on subjects like traceability, FPS, metrics, etc. Please stay focused on driving this down to every level of our operation and keeping them involved and actively participating in launching their own areas. We still have a lot ahead of us but you are all doing a wonderful job and it is recognized by our leadership and it is great appreciated! Thank You J.T. (Todd) Kloeb Ford Motor Company Engine Manf. Subject: Audit/ Car Show Guys, Just to keep you up to date, I have confirmed that a FCN Camera crew will be here for Friday's Car Show. Possibilities of Bill Ford Jr. showing up have also been relayed from reliable sources. The QS9000 Audit remains to be an important factor for the very same week. Major improvements have been made around the building from a housekeeping aspect and maintenance outside and in. I remain committed to provide a clean, bright and enjoyable environment for all here at EMDO. This is our chance to shine and get some of the publicity that we have not only deserved over the years, but have needed. I remain confident that not only will we nail this audit, but offer a great motivational aspect to our troops here with the cars show on some TV time. Bill will only be a greater boost for them. Lets ride this wave guys! Surf's up! Let me know if I have missed any thing!! James W.
