1. Cheques/Bank drafts to be issued in favour of “Gulshan Homz Pvt. Ltd.” Payable at Delhi.Outstation cheques
shall notbe accepted.
2. Registration,Stamp Duty and Other charges shall be payable atthe time of offer of possession.
3. The super areas include the covered area plus the proportionate area under common corridors,passag es,
staircases,mumpties, projections,water tanks etc.
4. The Terms and Conditions ofsale stated herein are only indicative and are subjectto detailed Terms &
Conditions in the AllotmentLetter.
5. All building plans,layouts,specifications are subjectto changes and modifications as decided bythe Company,
architect or any other competentauthority.
6. Timely paymentof the installments is the essence ofthe agreement. For any delay in payment an intrest@18%
shall be charged.
7. Service Tax as applicable.
8. It is the responsibilityof the customer/allotee to pay TDS on each demand raised (excluding service tax) if property
