6. IN SHORT
Worklife Barometer monitors the wellbeing of your employees. Our Response
Team of qualified occupational psychologists catch up to 98% of individuals
in the risk of long term sickness due to negative wellbeing, stress and burn-
out; and intervene BEFORE it becomes a real problem.
An easy, high-frequency, biweekly questionnaire (app/web, 5 questions, <60
seconds) enables Worklife Barometer to establish the individual’s wellbeing
level. The result is categorized in OK (green), CAUTION (yellow) and ALERT
(red). In case of CAUTION, the employee can ask to be contacted by our
Response Team. In the case of ALARM, our Response Team will take contact
directly to reveal the cause and extent.
Every contact by the Response Team is ended with a guide and plan to how
the individual may perform auto-activities and/or utilize company healthcare
programs and public services in order to stop the negative development in
wellbeing. A follow-up call is agreed upon, to ensure commitment to the
process.
