The days I have spent in Toronto, Canada was
definitely the best days of my entire life. To even
own the opportunity to be there was even more
than I had ever imagined. I have to say, I was
nervous at first -- the fact that it was my first time
traveling on my own accompanied with eight other
students who I am yet to get to know better, but the
trip turned out pretty much memorable which I will
cherish for the rest of my life.
The warmth that the people I met during my stay in
Toronto, Ottawa and almost everywhere I went to is
the warmth that I had never experienced here in my own country. The people are so nice, so
cheerful and the positive energy that I had received makes it hard for me to leave Canada. The
relationship, the ukhuwwah that had been built among the people I met is something for me to
keep it as a gift and they shall be in my prayers, always.
In addition, the most memorable piece of memory I shall treasure is the fact that I get to
learn Islam, see Islam and feel Islam in the place where no one would ever think to ever have
received such experience. Praise be to Allah, to gain such experience is wonderful and I am glad
Allah had chosen me to be there. I was chosen for a reason and the best thing I would like to do
is to share my experiences with my friends in Malaysia and be grateful to Allah for such
blessings. I would love to give back to the ummah, spread Islam and embrace Islam in the best
way I can.
Thank you, IIT. This trip had been an amazing, wonderful and eye-opening. Canada is
beautiful and the people I have met are as beautiful as the country itself. Thank you Mr Farhad
2. for organizing an awesome trip! I would love to come here again! I am missing all of my families
