Friday Upon arrival at the airport, please take the Heathrow/Gatwick Express

trains, or hop in a traditional black cab to the InterContinental London
Park Lane Hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, please locate the RPMC
representatives who will be on hand at the Hard Rock Hospitality Desk

during your stay in London. You will receive your concert credentials
and Visa Gift Card in the amount of £350.00 to cover the cost of your
airport transfers. The balance remaining on the card is to be used as
spending money for meals and/or shopping during your stay.
Sightseeing Tour of London
The balance of the day and evening are at leisure to explore the area
and enjoy the sights. Vouchers for The Original London Tour will be
included in your package, courtesy of Hard Rock, to be used anytime
during your stay.
Saturday Hard Rock Calling – Day 1
June Gates open at 2pm. Enjoy all day/night access to Hard Rock’s VIP
Hospitality Area for both days of the festival. Tickets and Credentials will

be provided to you upon hotel check-in.

Sunday Hard Rock Calling - Day 2
June Once again, gates open at 2pm.

2. Monday Depart for Home
June Return to the airport via black cab or Heathrow/Gatwick Express.
