• Who do we want to come that can make a change
• The amount of people we want to come and the suitable venue for this
• The advantages and disadvantages of having our presentation in 2 different rooms and also
the advantages and disadvantages of having our presentation in the same room on 2
different days
• What we are putting in the presentation e.g. the order in which we are going to present our
presentation
• How we are going to organise everything and set up where the audience is, where the
presentation will be, were would be a safe place to have the sculptures showing and how
long the presentation
