6. Better-Performance Factors of BYGEN Transmission Motor
◎ Lower torque motor can be used due to gear shift, which results in cost benefits
• General type could produce two times performance, and in-wheel type could do three times performance than without-transmission
◎ Despite a much wider operating RPM range than ICEs, the efficiency of electric motors still varies at different speeds.
• Automatic multi-speed transmission adds the EV powertrain to optimize efficiency at all speeds.
