Independent Lake Camp does not fit the mold of ordinary summer camps; instead, the Wayne County, Pennsylvania-based camp offers its guests access to exciting and unique programs that vary from high-adventure sports to trapeze and circus performing. Founded some 25 years ago, Independent Lake Camp runs two week summer sessions for children ages 6 to 17. Located in Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains, Independent Lake Camp maintains modern facilities that support its unique program offerings. As one of the premier Pocono Mountain sports camps, the organization features a variety of fields and courts for playing basketball, soccer, volleyball, and tennis.
