Actual Event
Customers can pay with paypal, credit, debit or cash (first come, first serve!) or before event
online
Set up takes an hour to prepare tables, supplies, for checking in purchase, managing payments
and distributing barrels
Volunteers guild customers to site to pay or confirm payment, pick up barrels and parts, ask
questions about uses or installation (perhaps good ideas to print out instructions for
installation?)

Research prices of other rain barrels (nice ones are at least $80-$180 and the cheap ones are $10-$20)
Decide on price, location and storage $50, in the gym or (where else can we store it for ppl who want to
pick it up later ?)
