Located on a hilltop beyond Benaulim village, the Church of St John the Baptist is worth a visit in

The Beach Bonanza fair held on consecutive Sundays from mid-April onwards on the Benaulim Beach is a
must see for tourists here.
Food
Owing to the Christian Fishing Community in Benaulim Beach and its proximity to Margao market,
numerous restaurants have sprung up here, which serve some of the most succulent and cheap seafood
available in Goa. There are several shack cafes that are located on the beach front. On the other hand,
you can find food at reasonable prices in the smaller terrace restaurants along the beach and dotted
around the village.
