ialci, a non-profit organization for lawyers in creative industries, has partnered with Tranoï, a fashion and luxury goods tradeshow organizer, to attend and participate in all of Tranoï's 2016 tradeshows worldwide. Ialci lawyers will provide free legal advice and workshops on topics related to luxury goods and fashion law to exhibitors and visitors. They will present workshops on e-commerce law, domain name strategy, and differences between intellectual property and trade secrets. The partnership aims to enhance legal and business knowledge in the creative industries.

1. ialci and Tranoï partnership for 2016 tradeshows worldwide
The International Association of Lawyers for the Creative Industries – ialci – is a non-profit
organisation founded in 2013 by international lawyers who all work in, and for, the creative
industries. ialci provides and organises high-profile seminars, in particular on the law of luxury goods
and fashion,andalsocurrentlywrites abookonfashionandluxurybrandsinthe digital era.
Ialci has partnered up with Tranoï, the fashion and luxury goods platform and tradeshow’s organiser,
inorder to attendandparticipate toall Tranoï tradeshowsworldwidein2016, as follows:
 Tranoï Homme and Preview, from 23 to 25 January 2016, at Cité de la Mode et du Design
and Palaisde laBourse in Paris;
 Tranoï New York,from 21 to 23 February2016, at the Tunnel,Chelsea,inNew York;
 Tranoï Femme, from 4 to 7 March 2016, at Cité de la Mode et du Design, Palais de la Bourse
and Carrousel duLouvre inParis.
ialci lawyers will attend all tradeshows, providing free legal advice, short one-to-one introductory
meetings as well as workshops on hot topics pertaining to the law of luxury goods and fashion, to
Tranoï’s exhibitorsandvisitors.
