I walked alone the Hefang Street to do the observation,there were many shops there.I observed
carefully in accordance with the questions.I spent about two hours doing the observation,and then
I realized that I ignored many things before.Through this observation, I also have much new
thinking.
1. I do not pay attention to observe, and ignore many things. When I go shopping,I usually focus
on the product which I want to buy and ignore the environment,such as the smell of the shop,the
place of the cashier desk,the light and so on.I think in daily life, I would like to be more careful
and pay attention to observe much more details.As the saying goes,detail decides success or
failure.Only paying attention to the details, can people truly find the chance.
2. What a big surprise is that I find the environment is the most important, sometimes even more
than the value of the goods.When I walked along the street,I was attracted by a shop called Yi
Sheng Yi Xin, the architectural design is very special.The store sells postcards,all kinds of
different styles of postcards.The store has a total of three floors.Around the wall,postcards are
accessible and you can help yourself.On the second floor,there are some chairs and desks,you can
sit here and write a postcard to anyone you want to send to.The light is warm and makes you feel
comfortable.The whole environment gives a person a sense of artistic.Originally, postcard is a
kind of very cheap goods, due to the good environment , the value of the postcard is virtually
increased.It shows that environment is very important, even how to put the goods will influence
the sales.

2. 3. On this street, shops sell food and clothing for most,and these are the traditional commodity.I
think shops can sell creative products, such as notebooks made by hand and with cloth as the
cover,creative toys,DIY products and so on,they will attract young people.Of course, the
environment of the shop is very important,it's better to give the customers comfortable and lively
feelings.
