 High Bluff Academy offers individual courses
for high school credit, which are approved by
theWestern Association of Schools and
Colleges (WASC) and the University of
California.

3.  We pride ourselves on having the most
qualified instructors available in San Diego.
Many are either credentialed and/or hold
Master’s and Doctorate degrees in their
subjects. Most importantly, our teachers
understand different learning styles and will
tailor their teaching methods to the needs of
their students.

 All of our courses meet the California State
Standards and are designed to prepare
students for college.

5. High School Classes
 Although we modify our teaching strategies
for student success, we do not “water down”
the curriculum. Students taking our courses
will be better prepared for college courses in
those subjects than most students who
attend high school classes of 30-40 students.
