9 R’S of WEALTH MEDITATION for WEALTH BUILDING
Our brain is blessed with an amazing understanding power. Nevertheless it is very important that your
subconscious brain experiences the positive emotions. The 9R's of wealth meditation, which are
elaborated by Herat Desai in his book “5 Dynamic Moves to Wonderful Wealth”, will help you with a
workout plan to stimulate your subconscious brain through your conscious brain. It is our responsibility
to be kind to ourselves, to show our subconscious brain how lucky we are to have what we have.
1. Re-experience and Re-visualize
Our brain can focus on very few things at any given time. When we
are busy with our daily life, we are caught up with activities that
make us lose focus of our vision, mission and goals. Our brain has
strength and limitations. Visualization is an ability of our brain. Our
brain is also blessed to commute long distances within a
microsecond. Try to experience emotions and happiness that you
will experience after you accomplish your goals.,
2. Recall Blessings
We all encounter minor problems in day-to-day life. As a result, our brain takes good things, blessings,
efforts, performances, moral values, great accomplishments and good luck for granted. Our brain begins
to focus on what we want and do not have. We fail to focus on what we are blessed with, have and what
could be worse.
3. Reward by Recognition
Being alive is a reward from God. Many people want to do good work. Many times, they can stimulate
their brain to do the same, but have no system in place to help them feel appreciated. It is important to
show our subconscious brain good intentions and efforts. Everyone we trust may not work out as per our
expectations. However it is important to do right things, stay motivated, make wealthy choices and
cultivate wealthy values.
4. Re-affirmation or Realignment
It is ordinary brain behavior to get an urge to quit when we make mistakes or fail. People who give up
can never succeed. There is a smart and dumb way to handle ordinary feelings. It is rewarding to set
some time aside to reanalyze situations where we fail or make mistakes. Temporary emotions associated
with failure or mistakes can block our ability to realign for future performance. We all have made
mistakes. We will make more mistakes. If we train our subconscious brain to perceive our mistakes and
failures in a right way, they become steps towards success.
5. Relearn
We are already exposed to wealthy concepts. If we learn something that does not guarantee lifetime
achievements is lost; i.e. anything that we do not use, we lose. Learning and relearning is a dynamic
lifetime process. Everyone is capable of teaching us. We should have desire to learn. Some people teach
us what to do. Others teach us what not to do. Each circumstance can be converted into an opportunity
if we choose to learn and relearn from it.
6. Re-assessment and Re-plan
Life is dynamic. Time can change priorities, our understanding of life, vision, mission and goals. A
workout plan or wealth meditation is not worth if it fails to provide flexibility.
7. Revisit Micro problems to convert them into Macro opportunities
We face many circumstances, people and performances (behavior, speech
or attitude) which may appear as big problems. Everyone has an
opportunity hidden.
8. Read to experience
Make reading your strong point as it is the best possible investment of
time. Regular reading gives you experience and an opportunity to grow.
Don’t torture yourself and get addicted to reading. Include reading as a fun
activity and gain experience from it. In your workout plan, try to stimulate your brain to do micro-
reading.
9. Reflex Build up
The workout plan for wealth meditation should be able to stimulate your subconscious brain to achieve
ultimate goals of automatic wealthy reflex, total effortless automatic performance, in the right direction
where we can catch ourselves making wealthy choices without efforts. This area of workout for wealth
meditation is fun, but it starts later. In the beginning, we are trying to consciously do everything to create
wealthy reflex.
Understanding the concept is not enough, we need to let our subconscious brain experience it every day.
By practicing the "Nine R’s" narrated by Herat Desai, you will feel rejuvenated!
