Summary
With an experience of around 10.5 years in Mechanical design and drafting, I have gone
through various CAD software like AutoCAD and Solid works etc. to do CAD modeling &
Engineering design of Transformer, Hydraulic cutter, vibrator, Power presses, press brakes
&, Shearing Machine field. Scope of my work involves Mechanical Design, 3D parametric
modeling, 2D drawing generation and 3D Assembly preparation.
2.5 years of work experience in complete designing, drawing drafting & detailing of Power
presses, Press brakes & Shearing Machine which includes, 3D solid Modeling, generating
production level drawings and assembling, on AutoCad and Pro-e-2001 & wildfire software
modeling machine parts as per standards/ specifications supplied by customers. I am able to
complete design of power presses, mechanical and hydraulic shearing machine and press
brake also.
8 years of work experience in complete designing, drawing drafting & detailing of power,
furnace and distribution transformers. Preparing mechanical layout, customer drawing, tank
fabrication drawings and internal assemble drawings. Design review with end customer to
get final approval. Short out shop floor queries. Up to 132 KV class transformers I am
working independently and for the higher KV class transformer we are working in the group.
Objective
The principle purpose of my life is to take up challenges, mould myself in every position
required by using resources efficiently and keeping pace with today’s technological and
corporate world. Pushing myself by knowledge and experience.
To work in a professional environment in which I can grow along with the company and be
proficient CAD professional in the field of Mechanical engineering.
Skills
Sound Knowledge of my subject with good communication skills with the ability to convince
people technically in addition to Project Execution related to CAD transcription.I also have
knowledge of most of the mechanical design calculations. And I always look forward to the
design challenges to utilize my skills and abilities.
