Standard Services
Image Enhancement (HDR) - $0.65
Is an image correction service with respect to color & alignment and includes adjusting exposure, image density and minor
sharpening along with photo re-sizing.
HDR processing is an automated image blending process that compensates for the loss of detail in bright or dark areas of a picture
by taking multiple pictures at different exposure levels and overlaying them together so that the final picture is representative in
both dark and bright areas (wide dynamic range).
Image Enhancement (Manual Blending) - $2.00

Advanced Services
Panorama Stitch - $2.00
Panorama stitch is an add-on service for stitching of images to make a single panorama. This service does not include any image
retouching or blending.
360 Stitch - $3.30
360 Stitch is an add-on service for stitching of images to make a single panorama and its 360. This service does not include any
image retouching or blending.
360 Virtual Tour - $10.00
This service includes only creation of a 360 Virtual Tour.
Please select the "360 Pano Stitch" service if you would like your images to be stitched before tour creation.

Our Pricing
UAV Retouching - $2.25
This service mainly focuses on retouching for aerial still photography using evaluated pole, drones or helicopters. Service includes
color correction, removal of unwanted objects, replacement or enhancement of lawn, sky or water body, outlining of boundaries
and image alignment. Detailed Instructions for the above can be specified in the job notes when placing the order.
Day to Dusk - $5.00
With this service, images of homes clicked during the day can be edited by adding in a beautiful twilight or dusk sky, brightening up
the home exterior, and turning on the exterior lights. This service can alter the appearance of the images while preserving the
details and making them look like they were originally shot post sunset.
Virtual Staging - $25.00
This service provides complete realistic rendering of housing interiors. We can digitally project your ideas by transforming your
vacant house photos into beautiful virtual staged homes by adding virtual furniture and decors
Floor Plan - $12.00
Our floor plans can depict an entire building, one floor of a building, or a single room. We create floor plans from irregular outlines
or drawings. Measurements, furniture, appliances, or anything else can also be added in order to provide an exact replica of
the property.

Video Service
Videos ($ 12 /Hour)
This service focuses on enhancing the overall look of the video to make them presentable and appealing with engaging style and
attractive aesthetics.
